# Accept a bridge quote

> Accept the open quote on a bridge transfer to begin execution. The bridge must be
in the `OPEN_QUOTE` state; a quote that is still being generated (`AWAITING_QUOTE`)
or that has expired or is otherwise not acceptable is rejected.
