# Regions

> HIFI operates globally with services available to individuals and businesses all over the world. However, due to regulatory requirements, certain jurisdictions are restricted from using our services.

## Prohibited Regions

  HIFI does not support individuals or businesses from the regions below. You will not be able to create Users or Transactions within these jurisdictions.

## High Risk Regions

Users and businesses from high risk regions can be onboarded with additional compliance measures, including [liveness checks](/v3/compliance/liveness-checks) and phone verification. Support for these user types may vary depending on the region.
